Sinotruk Sitrak 10,000L Intelligent Asphalt Distributor with RIELLO Burner and Proportional Pump Control

The Sinotruk Sitrak Intelligent Asphalt Distributor is a professional-grade computerized spraying vehicle designed for road construction contractors and highway agencies requiring precise, uniform asphalt application. Built on the robust Sinotruk Sitrak 4x2 heavy-duty chassis with a 3,800mm wheelbase and a Euro V compliant diesel engine producing 115kW at 2800rpm, this vehicle features a 10,000-liter tank with RIELLO burner heating system.

Each spray nozzle can be controlled individually from the driving cab via pneumatic cylinders, allowing operators to freely adjust spraying width from 0 to 4,000mm with sharp start and stop capability. Fan-shaped spray nozzles provide perfect spraying effect and good uniformity. The asphalt pump adopts proportional control of high precision to realize accurate control of spraying rate from 0.2 to 3.0 kg/m².
