I-SUZU 13m³ Sewer Cleaning Truck with SK-30S Water-Ring Vacuum Pump

The truck adopts original I-SUZU 4x2 chassis with 4HK1 turbo diesel engine. It has stable power, low fuel consumption and long service life, suitable for long-distance municipal operation. The total mass reaches 18 tons to meet full-load transportation demands.

The tank is divided into two independent sealed compartments. The clean water tank holds 4m³ for high-pressure washing, and the sewage tank holds 9m³ for storing sludge, manure and sewage. The sewage tank can be hydraulically tipped for self-discharging; the rear cover opens fully with mechanical locking wedges to avoid leakage. The tank is made of thickened pressure-resistant carbon steel with reinforcing rings for anti-deformation.

Equipped with Yifeng SK-30S water-ring vacuum pump, the pumping capacity reaches 30 m³/min with 8000Pa vacuum degree. A 3-stage anti-overflow protection system (float ball valve + cyclone separator + cooling water tank) effectively prevents liquid backflow and protects the vacuum pump.

Fitted with TONGJIE triplex plunger high-pressure water pump. Working pressure is 220 bar and flow rate reaches 215 L/min. The hydraulic hose reel with rotating boom holds 60 meters of high-pressure hose, which can go deep into underground pipelines to break down grease, sediment and blockages.

Sewer dredging, rainwater drain flood control, septic tank cleaning, portable toilet waste removal, industrial oily sludge and hazardous sewage sealed transportation.

The whole tank is made of heavy-duty carbon steel plate by fully automatic welding. The sewage tank is reinforced with external stiffening rings to resist deformation under vacuum pressure. The split double-tank design completely separates clean water and sewage, avoiding cross-contamination. The rear hatch is fitted with multiple wedge-shaped mechanical locks; even under full vacuum, the cover stays tightly sealed without leakage or odour escape. The whole tank can be hydraulically tilted backward, so thick sludge can be dumped completely without manual shovelling.

This triple protection effectively prevents sewage from flowing backward into the vacuum pump and greatly extends pump service life.

The I-SUZU 4HK1 engine provides steady power for both vacuum suction and high-pressure washing. The independent PTO control system allows you to run the suction pump and high-pressure water pump separately or at the same time. The manually adjustable throttle lets you freely control the engine speed to match different working conditions, saving fuel while avoiding overload.

The hydraulic hose reel is equipped with a rotating mechanical arm, so the high-pressure tube can swing left and right without sharp bending. It stores 60m of 19mm high-pressure pipe, reaching deep into underground sewer lines. The three-ceramic-plunger pump delivers strong jet power to break up oil blockages, tree roots and hardened sediment, realizing one-pass dredging without repeated digging.

One truck completes two jobs: high-pressure pipeline flushing + vacuum sludge suction. It can handle municipal sewer maintenance, flood drainage, septic tank cleaning, construction waste pumping, and industrial oily sewage collection. One vehicle replaces two separate machines, cutting equipment investment and labour cost. The I-SUZU chassis has low failure rates, so you can take more jobs and earn higher profits.
