Also known as an oil tank truck, fuel transport truck, oil carrier, bowser truck, or petroleum tanker, this Sinotruk HOWO TX unit is built for the safe transport and bulk delivery of petroleum derivatives—gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lubricants, and similar light oils (also suitable for compatible non-petroleum liquids).
Important: This is a transport/loading-unloading configuration without an on-board fuel dispenser / metering pump cabinet. It is equipped for tank-to-tank transfer, bottom-valve unloading, and pump-assisted flow, not retail-style metering refueling.

No. This is a bulk transport/unloading tanker. There is no onboard meter, hose reel, or retail dispensing system. Loading and unloading are done by connecting the detachable hose (stored in the side spouts) to the PTO-driven pump suction/discharge outlet for pump-in/pump-out transfer.
