The 10 cubic meter asphalt distributor is mounted on SHACMAN X3000 4×2 heavy-duty chassis, widely used for highway, municipal road maintenance and pavement construction. Equipped with independent one-to-one nozzle control system, precise proportional valve and real-time speed & temperature sensors to guarantee uniform asphalt spreading. The stainless steel covered tank with thick rock wool insulation effectively avoids asphalt solidification. Optional 6m wide spray bar and dual burners meet diversified construction demands, with self-cleaning design for easy daily maintenance.

• Multi-Mode Spraying & Determinant Nozzle Combination: Supports both manual and automatic control of the spraying volume and operating width. Each nozzle can be individually controlled, allowing for a free determinant nozzle combination to achieve fully customizable spraying widths.
• Dual-Platform Operation: Operators can execute all core spraying commands either from the comfort of the front driver's cab or directly from the rear vehicle platform, significantly enhancing on-site operational flexibility.
• Speed-Adaptive Pumping System: The intelligent control system measures the vehicle speed in real time. Based on the target spraying rate, spray width, and asphalt type entered, the system automatically computes the required RPM of the asphalt pump and instantly adjusts the pump's displacement output via the hydraulic proportional system.
• On-Board Rapid Heating System: Features a high-efficiency on-board rapid heating system with a heating rate of 10-15°C/h. This dramatically shortens auxiliary preparation times before construction, increases thermal efficiency, and guarantees the optimal spraying temperature.
• Anti-Freezing Nozzle Flushing System: After operations, the dedicated nozzle purging system utilizes a combination of diesel and high-pressure air to forcefully blow out any remaining asphalt from the nozzles. Working alongside full-cycle thermal oil insulation, it prevents asphalt from freezing inside the nozzles, greatly extending nozzle service life and ensuring zero clogging.
