HOWO 8000L Stainless Steel Insulated Milk Tank Truck for Milk Transport

The inner tank is made of 3.0mm thick SUS304-2B stainless steel, all welding seams are polished smoothly without dead corners to avoid bacterial residue. The tank is divided into 3 independent compartments with 110mm wave anti-surge baffles, which greatly reduces liquid sloshing and improves driving safety. Flat stainless steel heads simplify daily internal cleaning.

Composite thermal insulation layer consists of 70mm polyurethane foam plus 10mm rubber sponge, featuring fireproof, moisture-proof and low heat conductivity. It effectively slows down temperature rise of fresh milk, ensuring raw milk temperature stays stable during transit to guarantee milk quality. Outer cladding uses 201 brushed stainless steel sheet for anti-corrosion and long service life.

Each compartment is installed with a 360° rotary CIP cleaning ball to realize full tank dead-angle-free automatic cleaning. Rear integrated valve cabinet equips intercommunicating discharge & cleaning valves, no need for manual disassembly during circulation cleaning, cutting labor and time costs for dairy factories.

Optional 60SYHCB-30 self-priming gear pump supports both liquid suction and discharge, with 30m³/h large flow rate, 60m lift and fast self-priming performance. All pipelines, filters and control valves adopt food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, matched with 2-inch three-way valve for easy operation. All pump assemblies are placed in a rear stainless steel pump box for protection.

Double-sided stainless steel perforated anti-slip walkway with fixed guardrail is installed on tank top, together with rear stainless steel climbing ladder for safe inspection and maintenance. 3 DN500mm large manholes allow staff to enter tank interior conveniently, and filter-type breather valves balance internal and external tank pressure to prevent tank deformation. All side/rear protective parts use electrophoretic coated Q235 steel for rust resistance and road safety compliance.

Sinotruk HOWO 4*2 light chassis with Yuchai 140PS diesel engine provides sufficient power and low fuel consumption. Wanliyang 6-speed gearbox and drum air cut-off brake bring stable driving and reliable braking performance, adapting to complex rural and urban road conditions.
