Our premium 25-cubic-meter vacuum tank semi-trailer is engineered for heavy-duty suction and transport of sludge, sewage, industrial waste, and liquid pollutants. Built with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel and equipped with world-class components, this model offers superior performance, long service life, and extensive customization to meet the unique demands of municipal, industrial, and environmental applications.

The cylindrical tank features inner baffle plates and outer reinforcing hoops with design pressure of 0.05 bar / -1 bar. The Italian JUROP PVT700 vacuum pump delivers exceptional performance, while the integrated high-pressure washing system ensures efficient cleaning operations. All wetted parts are constructed from Euro-standard stainless steel for extended durability.

• 25m³ 316 Stainless Steel Tank: 8mm thickness, cylindrical design with inner baffle plates and outer reinforcing hoops. Design pressure 0.05 bar / -1 bar. Hydraulic rear cover with manual locking.
• Italian JUROP PVT700 Vacuum Pump: 4,150 m³/h flow (2,445 cfm), 93% vacuum degree (28.0 in HG), 112 kW (151 hp). Includes positive pressure safety valve, vacuum relief valve (-80KPa), and metal filter.
• Auxiliary Engine: 112kW (151hp) diesel engine drives vacuum pump via hydraulic system. Euro III/IV/V emission options available. Independent operation without affecting towing vehicle.
• Integrated High-Pressure Washing System: 5m³ fresh water tank (larger optional), Italian or Chinese high-pressure pump, 15m automatic hose reel with adjustable gun (0-45°), various nozzle types available.
• Two Drive Options for High-Pressure Pump: PTO via splitter gearbox from auxiliary engine or separate small diesel engine for independent operation.
• Safety & Monitoring: Secondary cyclone anti-overflow valve, rear sight glass for tank level monitoring, Ø150mm unloading pipe and Ø100mm suction pipes.
